Shipping policy

Non-personalized orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise stated on the product page. Personalized and custom product processing can take up to 14 business days and processing time will be reflected on the product page. Your processing time will begin after receiving your confirmation email. Orders received after 1pm CST will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped with appropriate tracking information.

As much as we would love to control all circumstances, some things are out of our control. You may receive potential delays due to high volume of orders or shipping carrier issues. Please note: Processing times can change due to many factors such as volume and supplier delays. If the delay is due to our issue (unfortunately we do not control shipping carrier issues) we will notify you via the contact information included in your order. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We are human hands making each product specifically for you.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Please check back or subscribe to our newsletter for the latest news on international shipping options.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow the appropriate processing time for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received your tracking number within 1 day after the completion of the processing time for the product. Please contact us support@thelayanibrand.com with your name and order number and we will research the issue for you. 

If you have not received your package but shipping information was received and can be tracked, please contact the appropriate carrier for additional information on the location of your package.
