Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our number one goal! We guarantee to provide high quality products and services that our customers love. We stand behind every product that we sell!
We want you to love your purchase! Due to the handmade and customized nature of our items we are unable to accept returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will work with you to make it right! In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 7 days at support@thelayanibrand.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and we will follow up with you within 3 business days. We address all order issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise stated on the product page. Personalized and custom product processing can take up to 14 days and the processing time will be reflected on the product page. Your processing time will begin after receiving your confirmation email. Orders received after 1pm CST will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped with appropriate tracking information.
As much as we would love to control all circumstances, some things are out of our control. You may receive potential delays due to high volume of orders or shipping carrier issues. Please note: Processing times can change due to many factors such as volume and supplier delays. If the delay is due to our issue (unfortunately we do not control shipping carrier issues) we will notify you via the contact information included in your order. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We are human hands making each product specifically for you.
